Movement Directing & Teaching

As a movement director, I work intuitively, letting the actors and their impulses guide the process. My approach isn’t about rigid choreography—it’s about finding the truth in the physicality and letting that shape the story.

I also teach movement for interdisciplinary artists, focusing on how to break free from formality and use the body as a primary storytelling tool. Whether I’m directing movement in theater or creating new work, my process is rooted in collaboration, spontaneity, and emotional depth."
